All the airlines require a waiver to be signed indemnifying them against legal and all other repercussions should something go wrong while the pet is in their care. Things like (but not limited to) the aircraft crashing, airlines cancelling flights for whatever reason, etc... As you are contracting to work with us and not the airline directly, we do require you to sign our own waiver, and we will sign the airline's. (867Kb PDF File). Complete the form online as much as you can, print it, sign it, and fax/email it back to Petflight (SIGNED). |
