Everything is properly presented, unhurried, calming, complete, correct, and in order.
HOW DO I FIND A GOOD PET SHIPPER? Well of course, PETFLIGHT should be at the top of your list. Pet shipping is our only business. We have flown well over a thousand family's pets overseas, and they all arrived at destination alive, in good health, with the minimum of effort to the owner.
You would be so upset if you spend ages arranging your pets shipment; but somewhere (in the big process), you get something wrong. Your pet will be refused by any number of authorities, your pet might have to be long term boarded, or quarantined at great expense. You are avoiding this heartache, time, and unnecessary cost when you employ a professional pet shipping service such as ours, who's been doing this job for more than a couple of decades.
PHONE THE PET SHIPPER. Talk to the person, do they inspire your confidence? Are they pleasant? Do they sound as if they actually like animals, or is yours just another shipment? Do you feel you can trust them with your four pawed family?
PHONE THE CFIA. Accept who they suggest. (Randa, Garry, Lucienne, Petru at the Markham Office: 905-513-2850). They're the Canadian Government authority for international pet transportation.
LOOK AT OUR WEB SITE. For those who have had to travel ahead, leaving their four pawed family behind, this is exceptionally important. Look carefully through our web site - you will see that we have knowledge, that we are compassionate, we carefully guide you, and have a sense of humour (very important when being bit by a pet who doesn't see the funny side of travel).
What do we do?
